Q1: Is this exhibition open to everyone?

AUTOMEX is open to trade, professional and business visitors by invitation and business card registration only. Please refer to the admission policy stated here.
 

Q2: Do I have to pay for this exhibition?

Admission is free for all visitors upon completion of the registration process online or at the exhibition site. Business cards are required for on-site registration process.
 

Q3: How do I register to visit?

You can pre-register online at AUTOMEX website. Online Visitor Pre-Registration will open 6(six) months before the event. Otherwise, you can proceed to on-site registration counter located at second floor during the exhibition hours.
 

Q4: What happen next after I registered online?

An acknowledgement email will be sent to your email address after submitting the registration form. Approved visitor will then get a confirmation email with designated barcode. Please bring the printed barcode with you on the day of your visit, you will be entitled to receive your Visitor Badge through the pre-registration fast lane. If you have already pre-registered online and did not receive the confirmation email, please do notify Ms. Lee Pui Teng or Mr. Tan Kian Yap through email at [email protected] or [email protected]

Q8: If I am registered for the Industrial Seminar Programme, do I need to register for the exhibition?

No. Only one registration is required to gain access to all the exhibition areas.
 

Q9: How do I get to the venue?

The Venue is strategically located within the Jalan Duta Government Complex area in the Kuala Lumpur district and shared the same district with notable landmarks such as the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) Headquarters, MATRADE Tower, The Federal Territory Mosque, Kuala Lumpur High Court and the Istana Negara (National Palace).

Q10: What are the opening hours for the exhibition?

Opening Hours:
Wednesday – Friday, 15 – 17 May 2019 (10:00 am – 7:00 pm)
Saturday, 18 May 2019 (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
 

Q11: Is food allowed in the exhibition areas?

No outside food is allowed in the exhibition areas. However, there are cafeterias located at the main concourse. 
 

Q12: Is photography and video filming allowed in the exhibition and industrial seminar programme?

Official AUTOMEX photographers and videographers will be taking photographs and filming videos throughout the four-day event. Anyone attending AUTOMEX consents to such photgraphy and filming without compensation and confirms that the organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs and videos, which may include photographs and videos of visitors, for the purpose of promotional and marketing AUTOMEX in future, for exploitation in any and all media, without liability. No other photography or filming will be permitted at AUTOMEX without the prior written approval of the organisers.
 
Q13: What should I take note when I am in the exhibition areas?
Anyone attending AUTOMEX must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstraitons, objectionable behavior or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity which may disrupt the exhibition.
